I've noticed in v6.1.0rX versions of both Ai and DC Pro, that you can no longer select the IT-8 Reference File. I am missing something or has this moved?

Ian,
Assuming the target is supplied by LaserSoft the correct reference file is automatically selected on the basis of the barcode. If the target is not a LaserSoft target you will get a warning message indictaing a problem. You will need to manually select the reference file.

Ian,
Thanks for the quick reply - I guess I had been using the new IT-8 target for DC Pro and didn't even realize it was doing it automagically. I really like this new IT-8 Calibration - Lasersoft sure has made something complicated simple, especially with the adjustable corners and patch overlays.

After having to completely start from scratch on my hard drive I went through the procedures to reinstal Silverfast 6. This, as mentioned, was an upgrade from Silverfast 5. I installed Silverfast 5 again and then went through the upgrade procedures with the new Silverfast 6 download. I also had IT8 from Silverfast beginning with version 5 which worked properly in both versions before the HDD crash. The upgrade went fine through the main program and also the IT8 calibration. The window for the IT8 calibration showed up when I upgraded so thought everything was fine. The IT8 window showed it needed calibration so I put in the LaserSoft IT8 card (R020123) and pushed the calibration button and then I get the following error message
"Your internal RGB profile is missing. Thus input matching cannot be activated automatically after the calibration. Continue Anyway?"
This isn't how the program worked previously so what am I missing and where should it be?
I have an Epson Perfection 2450 Photo scanner
