Install of SF 6 to Wind XP

I currently run SF Ai 5.5 with PS 7. I would like to Upgrade to SF Ai 6. Do I need to uninstall SF Ai 5.5 prior to installing SF Ai 6????? Also, I currently have the IT8 add-on with my SF Ai 5.5. If I uninstall SF Ai 5.5 and install SF Ai 6, will I be able to still add in the IT8 Add-on??

You don?t need to uninstall SF v5.5. However, if you install SF v6 into a new folder, you will see two SF entries in the PhotoShop acquire menu, which can be confusing. I would install SF v6 into a new folder, copy the preference files from SF v5.5 to SF v6 and then uninstall SF v5.5.

Your current serialnumber for IT8 is invalid for SF v6. You will get a new serialnumber for v6 and IT8, but be sure to enter your v5.5 serialnumber with IT8 when upgrading online to SF v6.
