If I understand correctly. you need some explanation from me.
There it is:
when I do a multipage reflective scans, I need to change a name of an forthcoming file qiuckly. But it can not be done easily, because of yellowish "tooltip" label, which pop-ups every time I want to type in a name. This tooltip label is blinking, it forces a cursor to jump a bit, I lost from one to six seconds at an every scan. Multiply it by 300-500 scan and you'll understand me. It is especially clearly observable on multimonitor systems, if a scan window itself is on one monitor, but AI control window on another.
And I can not find a checkbox for disabling this AI GUI feature.
I hope my similar-to-English expalation is clear enough, but if is not - ask more, please.
Are you using batch scan, or are you using the Scan pilot? Do you use a MAC or Windows computer?
It is on Windows XP machine.
Scan pilot I not use, I even do not know how to use it -- I'm with SF from old times, and never need it.
Batch scan is not useful feature if you replace a copy on a scanner at every lamp's pass and store a resulting file with comletely different name.
