how SF 6.5 create SF_Logfile.txt?

I start SF6.5 in SF Launch with "ctrl" pressed.
A message box was showed ,it says no scaner find and see sf_logfile.txt .But the file not exists at all.

the CTRL needs to be kept pressed during SilverFast startup sequence, until the error occurs.
