Frame alignment in preview not reflected in scan

Postby patrickbaldwin » Sat Dec 29, 2007 2:12 pm

Mac 10.4.11 Intel iMac 2 core SF 6.5.5r3 Nikon 5000. Using the negative strip feeder the frame alignment in the preview window is not carried over to the actual scan so it is cutting through some frames. This has only been happening since upgrading to 6.5xx. No problems with individual mounted slides. Any ideas would be most welcome.

Frame alignment in preview not reflected in scan

I've discovered the answer for myself. Although the Nikon will do multi exposure something causes misalignment with two passes so a single scan is the only way to make it work.
