Entering Registration Dialog

I have the AI6 demo installed with OSX 10.2 [jaguar] It works with usb, but not firewire. It wouldn't work until I installed the Epson 5 trail driver's.
Scanner is a perfection 2450 photo.

My question is, when AI starts up it won't show the registration screen. I have purchased the AI6 upgrade, but can't get the registration entered, because it won't run the registration screen.

I probably just need to be patient until you have an upgrade available, but maybe you have solution.

Are you sure you are using the Ai and not the demo ?
Please press the info button (top most icon on the left side of the prescan, the sign is an "i"), then press the credits button and please tell me what is standing behind the "licensed to:" string.

It say's demo, but I tried uninstalling it, and reinstalling. I got the same problem. Is their a hidden file somewhere, I don't know about.

If you could tell me what to uninstall, and where it is located, maybe I can get it working.

I installed the same AI6 update in OS9, and it work's perfectly, no problem, but I work in OSX now fulltime, so it has to work in OSX!

If the string after "licensed to:" says " demo" and nothing else, then it is a demo and not an Ai version. An unserialized Ai version should say "demo (not serialized)".

When you install your Ai version, be sure to install it to the correct PhotoShop folder (possibly you have more than one PhotoShop installed).

BTW: demo vesions can?t be serialized.
