Elimination of advertising captions from scanned transparenc

Dear Sirs,

I recently purchased a "plustek" USB scanner together with SilverFast software (6.5 SE, SE+iSRD, SE Plus MultiExposure and SE Plus iSRD- MultiExposure) from Messrs Jessops in Edinburgh to enable me to scan transparencies.
I find that every time I scan a transparency, the caption "LaserSoft Imaging" appears at up to three locations on the scanned image. I have been unable to to identify the cause and what action I need to take to eliminate this problem.
I should therefore be obliged if you would advise me what action I must take to eliminate this problem.

THe software is running in Demo mode. You need to serialize it. Look at the top if this page in the FAQ section - serialization

Dear Kenneth,

when you start SilverFast you should every time see a dialog where you can type in your serialization number (30 digits in 6 groups of 5 digits each).
Please find this number on the SilverFast version that you got with the scanner and type it in ... then the demo test "LaserSoft Imaging" will not be generated again.
