After trying out the Silverfast Ai demo on my newly-purchased Epson 4490, I have come to the conclusion that I really need this software in order to get the best scans out of my illustration work.
Does Silverfast offer any type of educational discount for students? I would really like to have Ai for my schoolwork, but I just can't afford the $119 asking price (I would go for the SE version, but it is a bit sparse for my needs).
Any help is greatly appreciated...
