Disable automatic features Silverfast 8 SE

Hi.

I am new in this forum, so maybe someone had already the same problem.
Sorry if I repeat.

I am heaving the problem wiht scanning negativs. (I am using silverfast 8 SE and plustek 7400 scanner)
Some automatic colours wicth i can not turn off.

The same image, but different framing cause colour and contrast changes, see images.

CCR feature check do not fix the problem and so do right film choosing in Negafix.
But this colour shifting do not appear when using kodakchromes.
Auto CCR is turned off, as you can see graduation and histogram is off.

Any solution?

Hi there,

I believe you have an old version of SilverFast 8 installed in your computer. Please download and install the latest version available from our update site.

The NegaFix dialogue should have another checkbox called "Auto"

This feature is the one that automatically detects the orange mask and is active by default. You can let it detect the orange mask for your picture and then deactivate the checkbox before changing the scanning frame.
