differenc between lasersoft silverfast ai & silverfast DCVLT

Hello,
My organization had brought LEICA S1 camera in the year 2002, and it was working effectively for windows 98, but now we are using windows XP, and the software Lasersoft SilverFast ai is no more supporting, recently we bought a SilverFast DCVLT but it doesn't have a scanning feature.
So I need a help on more information the difference between lasersoft silverfast ai and silverfast DCVLT, and pleas do suggest how to make LEICA S1 camera usable again.

I am from Bhutan and here we don't have more technical company to help on it.

DCVLT is a software for normal digital cameras. LEICA S1 is a scanner camera, so we have a special Ai-version for it.
I made a ticket, so you will be contacted from my colleague. He will inform you if it can be changed to a current version of Ai.
