DCpro or DC-vlt & digital SLR & slide & neg copi

Are DCpro or DC-vlt viable options when copying color negs and slides.
I am assuming negs would be the bigger challenge. I would be copying 35mm negatives which are all c-41 processed Fuji & Kodak.
I would be using Canon EOS SLR such as digital rebel and macro lens.

Or would a film scanner be intrinstically better at this.
(ignoring DPI issues at the higher resolutions).

In DCpro, we have the advanced NegaFix included. Please feel free to try this demo.
A Filmscanner gives also good results, but the cam is much faster, and the noice is low with the current ones.
