Cross Process film
If I were to cross process a film, should the negafix be turned to other? When you cross process a slide film, the colors become very intense and i am afraid that the scanner will not pick up the vibrant colors. Also, what if i do not have the negafix profile for that brand of film

Re: Cross Process film
Dear Rustyspoon88
Cross process is more an accident and the outcome is not foreseeable, there is no NegaFix profile for that and since the outcome is different every time, It is hard to recommend any curve. Most likely you will not find any profile for your type of film because there is only profile for negative film emulsions.
In this case you have to either try the different curves until you find one of your liking.
Or create you own curve (only possible with Ai or Ai Studio). Information on how to create your own curves can be found at: http://www.silverfast.com/download/docs/SF-NegaFix-en.pdf or here: http://www.silverfast.com/showmovie/en.html?movien=301&mode=inline&hide=desc
Cheers
