Correction individual frames before batch scan

Postby stigvoll » Wed Jun 29, 2016 7:12 pm

I'm looking for a way to correct individual frames before doing a batch scan. Is that possible?

Right now I'm loading a film strip with six frames, pressing "Overview", correcting the image - and then I press "Scan", before I repeat the process with the next image. I'm sure there's a better way to do this.

Dear user,

this depends on the type of scanner and SilverFast version you are using.

On filmstrip scanners using the Overview you can use the offset correction there to adjust the image position.

If you are using an Ai Studio version you can transfer all selected (blue) images to the JobManager and then individually correct each scan frame.

Kind regards,
Arne
