Coilor managment settings with calibrated profile

I have a Gretag Macbeth Eye-One Photo calibrated profile, made with SF 6.4r3 and no color managment settings, as directed by GM.

But now I am not sure what the color management settings should be in Silverfast: General-Options-CMS.

The Totorial Quicktime movie for that dialog box confused me even more.

How should those settings be set using my calibrated scanner profile, Adobe RGB color space, in Photoshop and just in Silverfast without Photoshop?

I also have a GM-calibrated monitor and Canon i9900 printer profile.

I use a Mac G5 and Silverfast with and without Photoshop CS.
