I am using Silverfast 6.6 the latest on a Mac and on Epson V750 (but this issue was on a PC as well). I am using JObManager and save my files JPG and I drag the slider to the highest quality, then when I press OK in the jobmanager window I get the info stating that my files are JPG at 95 quality!\
How can I save at 100?
thanks,
meste

Re: cannot save at highest quality!
Thisd is correct the standard jpg algorithm in use with SilverFast always compresses the file.
Please use .tiff data if you want uncompressed images.

I believe we are talking about different things here: uncompressed as TIFF is ok, but JPG could be 10%, 40% or 100% if the system can allow modification why it does not allow the maximum of 100%?

The JPG algorithm in use with silverFast allways compresses the image.
100% is not available because uncompressed storage is available in Tiff format.
