Can Silverfast HDR remove scratches from the the man's jacket
in this image located at:

Dear Barry -
The problem of this image is, that the contrast of the scratches are very low. First you has to scan the image with a good scanner to get an optimum of information. Afterwards you can use SilverFast HDR to remove the scatches. Please use the brush tool to select all the scratch area ( you can add them by hitting down the shift button )
Because the contrast of the scratches are so low, the result might be not exact that, what you want
