Anyone else have trbl d/l'n ver 42?

All I get after entering my password and user ID. Is the 404page!! The d/l never happens. I have the CanonFS4000US and the Epson 3200photo pro. Nether will lit me d/load the updated version od AI......

Problem solved. One two many options set in zone alarm!!!
