I would like to ask if there is a time frame for availability of Silverfast Ai 5.x for OS X and the Epson Perfection 2450 scanner, with a plug-in for Photoshop 7. I have everything in place (OS 10.1.4 and Photoshop 7), and am awaiting news so I can purchase the appropriate Silverfast version. Thank you for any information you are able to provide.

SilverFast OSX for Epson Perfection 2450 and Photoshop 7

We are currently working on the implementation of OSX for the Epson Perfection 2450. Expect the release to be ready within the next 10-12 days.

Epson SCSI scanners as well as Expression 1600 / 1680 are already working undeOSX/ USB.

I noticed that the President_LSI mentions that Silverfast AI OSX version is available for the Epson Expression 1600. As of 5/1/2002. I don't see it. Is it coming soon? Can the 1640xl version be used on an 1600?
