6.6.0r1 and Epson V750 Pro

I read here that my Epson V750 Pro is 'supported' with Silverfast Ai 6.6.0r1, (and is mentioned by model name on this site).
However, I still only see the "device" being shown as a V700 when I 'search' for devices.
I am happy with my scans, but I wonder if I am missing something, or does the 'device' V700 also mean V750? (Mac OS X 10.4.11)

Dear agripix,

this behavior is "normal" sadly we can not do anything about how the scanner identifies itself.
Please be aware that nothing is wrong with your scanner or SilverFast in this case.
