Our i900 went bad and we just replaced/upgraded it to an M1 with Microtek. After setting up the scanner, we tried to run silverfast from the launcher and it is not recognizing the scanner. Is this version of AI too old? If so, it appears the cross upgrade is $422 on this site which is outrageous considering the m1 and m1 pro (has ai) has about a $200 difference retail. Will this work from B&H for $179 since it just looks like a full version?
Ok, so will the retail software that B&H sells work since they just state, "This package is compatible with more than 315 scanners and digital cameras running Mac and Windows operating systems. Please check the specifications of your equipment to verify compatibility." They would be getting this description and info from your company. The way I understand it is this version of the software will work on any scanner you have listed on your site?
once you have a valid serial number, you can download updates from our web site for your scanner.
Best regards Martin
I am a little confused. So if we purchase Silverfast AI for any scanner (not the microtek m1), we could then download the update that is specific for the M1 and it will work?
