I have the Problem that Windows XP still recognizes the Scanner Device and i am not able to install the driver. I have tried to update from version 5.0 to 6 I use the Silverfast AI...

Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem.

I am able to scan in Photoshop.

But in the "Hardware-Management" the Scanner Device is still shown as an not correctly installed komponent.

Please help me... I don't know what to do... I tried almost everything.
